| We may have been unable to send you a mail due to a mistake with your e-mail address when you entered it, drop us a line using the Contact us to confirm you email address, if possible, give us an alternative one just in case your network is refusing mail from our IP address, for example NTL World will not accept mail from Wanadoo.fr and AOL from Tiscali.fr !!!! Complain to your ISP as well you could be losing bookings if you use one of those ISP's |

| We will have all your the information you have supplied and will drop you a line to see if we can help. when you receive our mail you will see a link logo to pay by paypal/card you can click on that and start the payment again - Most common problem for failed transactions with a card is you address, please make sure that the address matches exactly the address that you card company sends your statements to. Watch out for spelling mistakes check your statement to confirm they have your details correct. |
